Website Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using e-growth-management.com (the “Site”), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site
The Site is informational only. It describes our Context Engineering consulting services, presents cases, and publishes educational resources. The Site content does not constitute a binding contractual offer under Articles 971 and 972 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. Any commercial relationship between you and E-Growth Management is formed exclusively by the execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and its annexed Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, images, icons, design, source code, brand, logo, described methods — is owned by E-Growth Management or its licensors and is protected by Argentine Ley 11.723 (Intellectual Property), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, United States), and international treaties.
Without prior written authorization, you may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or modify Site content
- Perform mass or automated scraping of content
- Use our trademarks, logos, or trade names in your own activity
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attributions
References to third parties (Calendly, WhatsApp/Meta, LinkedIn, Vercel, arXiv, Jake Van Clief, Lyceum, etc.) are for reference only; each mark belongs to its respective owner.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may freely use the Site to browse information, contact us, and evaluate whether our services fit your needs. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site infrastructure
- Use automated means exceeding the reasonable request rate of a human browser
- Attempt unauthorized access to protected resources
- Send malware, spam, phishing, or other malicious content through our contact channels
- Engage in activities that violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction or in Argentina
5. Disclaimers
Site content is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Published benchmarks, cases, statistics, and opinions reflect information at the time of publication and may become outdated.
Commercial, technical, or legal decisions you make based on Site content are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for results different from those published in cases or benchmarks, which depend on variables specific to each business.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-Growth Management and its associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, business opportunity, data loss, or reputational damage, arising from the use or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where applicable law does not permit its exclusion (for example, consumer damages under Argentine Ley 24.240 where applicable).
7. Third-party links
The Site contains links to services operated by third parties (Calendly, WhatsApp/Meta, LinkedIn, arXiv, among others). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. E-Growth Management does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, practices, or terms of such third parties. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to hold E-Growth Management, its associates, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site, identified by updating the date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Site after modification means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, we will attempt to notify you through a reasonable channel (visible notice on the Site for at least 30 days).
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, expressly waiving the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any conflict-of-laws provision leading to different law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction. Specific commercial relationships with consulting clients may agree on different governing law and jurisdiction in their Master Services Agreement (MSA).
12. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses remain in full force. The invalid clause shall be replaced by the applicable legal provision closest to the original intent.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any contract you sign separately with E-Growth Management (NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA), constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site and replace any prior agreement, verbal or written, on the same subject.
