Who I am
I'm Nico Patrón, founder of E-Growth Management. I built this firm because I kept seeing LATAM companies buying AI promises that never reached production: between half and three quarters of the AI companies adopt never gets used in daily operations. My background is clinical: 4 years of Medicine at CEMIC (Buenos Aires). That's where the discipline for sensitive data, serious protocols, and unforgiving stakeholders comes from, and why health tech is home turf. My technical training is direct with Jake Van Clief: Clief Notes VIP and High Teas, and Lyceum Technical Cohort aspirant 2026. We are the Model Workspace Protocol implementation firm in LATAM: we take the academic method (Van Clief and McDermott, arXiv, March 2026), adapt it to the client's context, and leave it running.
