Who I am

I'm Nico Patrón, founder of E-Growth Management. I built this firm because I kept watching LATAM companies buy AI hype and never reach production — 50 to 75% of AI adopted by companies never makes it to daily operations. My background is clinical: 4 years of Medicine at CEMIC (Buenos Aires). That background gave me discipline to work with sensitive data, serious protocols, and stakeholders who don't forgive errors — and I apply it directly to health tech. Direct technical training with Jake Van Clief: Clief Notes VIP + High Teas, and Lyceum Technical Cohort 2026 aspirant. We're the Model Workspace Protocol implementation firm in LATAM — we're not educators, not a generic AI agency, not Big Four. We're field operators: we take the academic method (Van Clief & McDermott paper on arXiv, March 2026), adapt it to the client's context, and leave it running.
