Operations Retainer — the system keeps improving
Monthly post-sprint support. New skills, new agents, continuous optimization, ROI reporting. No lock-in.
What it is
The Retainer is for companies that already have the MWP system running and want it to keep improving. Every month we work on continuous optimization: new skills that emerge from real usage, new agents the team starts requesting, RAG adjustments as documentation grows, new MCPs for tools the company adopts. We report ROI with concrete numbers — not hours worked. It's billed monthly with no minimum commitment. For companies without internal tech staff, the Retainer stops being optional and becomes a condition of system continuity; for companies with tech staff, it accelerates the improvement cycle without anyone internal having to own MWP full-time.

Service-specific FAQ
Can the retainer be cut with no penalty?
Yes. The retainer is monthly with no lock-in. You notify before month-end and the next month isn't billed. No fine print.
Can you start a retainer without having done a Sprint with you?
Case by case. If the system exists but was built by another implementer, we first run an Audit on the current system (discounted from the Retainer) before signing. If there's no MWP system, the Retainer makes no sense — you start with the Sprint.
What if a month there's nothing to do?
We tell you and we don't bill that month. Reputation > revenue. We never inflate scope to justify the retainer.
