Operations Retainer. The system keeps improving.
Monthly post-sprint support: new skills, new agents, continuous optimization, and a return report with concrete numbers. Month to month, no lock-in period.
What it is
The Retainer is for companies that already have the system running and want it to keep improving. Each month we work on real usage: new skills the team asks for, new agents, RAG adjustments as documentation grows, MCPs for tools the company adopts. We report return with numbers, not hours worked.
For companies without an internal technical team, the Retainer is the system's continuity condition. For companies with one, it accelerates the improvement cycle without someone internal having to own the system full-time.

What it does NOT include
- It is not a disguised sprint: a new build of significant scope is defined and quoted separately.
- It does not bill months without real work: if there's nothing to do, we tell you and that month isn't charged.
- It does not start without a running system: without one, the path starts with the Sprint.
Specific questions
Can we cancel without penalty?
Yes. It's monthly with no lock-in: you let us know before the month closes and the next one isn't billed. No fine print.
Can you take over a system built by another implementer?
Case by case. First we audit the current system, and that audit is discounted from the Retainer if we move forward. If there's no MWP system, the Retainer makes no sense: you start with the Sprint.
What if a month has nothing to do?
We tell you and don't bill that month. We never inflate scope to justify the retainer.
